Sahara
Sahara is 7 years young. She's good with other dogs and children! She has not been cat tested, but seems to be a gentle soul. |
Lance
Lance is 2 weeks into his Heartworm treatment. He is a real sweet dog and would fit in with most families. He is real laid back, but when he is not required to stay calm, (from his heartworm treatment), he loves to play! Lance LOVES catch, but we're working on his fetch skills! He loves kids, and our 2 cats are fine with him. He is actually a little scared of our black cat, for some reason. He loves loves loves to snuggle, even with our 7 year old. Really couldn't find a better dog. His foster daddy calls him a "prince" |

Sampson
Sampson is a 4 year old boy that is good with other dogs, cats & kids! He is heart worm positive and is undergoing the "slow kill method" to rid him of his HW. Sampson is house trained and crate trained, and sometimes goes into his crate just for a little "me time". He does well with children and has a 5 year old in his foster home, but is not kitty friendly (or rather, he's WAY TOO kitty friendly!). Sampson is currently fostering with two other labs and gets along well with them, but can sometimes feel overwhelmed around new dogs, he's currently in doggy classes to help with his social skills.
Endearing trait: loves to lean, he will walk up to you and lean his head or whole
body on your legs. If your feet are hanging off the couch or bed, he will walk
underneath and rub his head on the back of your legs until you pet him. He enjoys
ear scratches and is just a big sweetie!
Sampson is working on his leash manners and doing very well in class. He loves to go for walks and smell and explore new things!
Energy level: very low. Probably a 3/10 The only time he has any high energy is when he wants to
chase squirrels! If he could climb a tree after a squirrel he would (reminds
me of the movie 'UP')
Personality: very low key. He greets us at the door with a lick when we come home-
no jumping. He loves my husband, favors him the most. He wants to be with us no
matter which room we are in. In dog training he has learned his name and is learning
sit.
Sampson is a very loving guy who loves his people and is a gentle soul looking for his furever family!

Duke
Meet Duke! Duke is all personality! At a party he'd be the first one at the door shaking your hand and getting to know you. He's also a big teddy bear that loves a good scratch. He loves to meet new people and new 4 legged friends. Duke is extremely friendly, a little too friendly in regards to cats, so he's best suited to a non-cat household. He is a big sweetheart and loves to play. He makes a great co-pilot in the car and is a perfect gentleman, happy to ride in the back seat and look out the window (though he will check in at stop lights and give you a big kiss to let you know he still cares). Bring out the leash and he'll follow you anywhere. |

Holly
Meet Holly! Holly is about 2 years old and 50lbs of chocolate lab lovin! She is really starting to open up and thrive in her new foster home! She's crate trained and housetrained and is working on leash manners. Her foster mommy said she's doing VERY well with "healing" and she loves going for her walks. Will you be her furever family? |
Bubba
Meet Bubba! He is a sweet dog, very big (100-120 lbs.). Soft, black fur and no tail at all, barely a nub. Bubba looks and feels like a big bear. He is low key in the house and made himself at home on the sofa (preferably on your lap!). Bubba is housetrained and cratetrained. He currently sleeps on a dog bed in the bedroom at night. Very loveable and loves to snuggle! Because of his size he must go to a home without cats or small dogs. Poor guy doesn't know his own size and gets too excited and plays too rough with them! |

Jack
Jack is about 10 years young. He's only got 3 legs but he doesn't let it slow him down! He does great with kids, dogs AND cats! Jack is looking for his furever home. Whisper
Hi, Meet Whisper! This sweet, love bug is a female lab that is about 7 years old. She is completely potty trained and no need to crate this lovely lady. She is an absolute doll inside the house.
Whisper loves to lay on her dog bed and relax all day. She wants to play and be loved, but she is learning how to take it all in right now.
She has no bad habits (barking, chewing, etc...) and is a follower. She is great with children, cats, dogs, adults, and the elderly. She will not pull when being walked and is just looking for someone to cuddle with. She is very submissive and wants to please. Whisper will truly steal your heart.
She would do great in an all female home as she is a little weary of men still. She would also be a great addition for someone who is retired or working part time and looking for a companion to go on walks with or just snuggle while watching TV. Whisper is truly one of the sweetest dogs we have ever met and is just looking for unconditional love in return. She loves our dogs and fits right in as the follower of the group—it has been great seeing her come out of her shell with them and learn how to be a true dog. Other animals in the house would be a plus, but not a necessity.
If you'd like to meet Whisper and welcome her into your forever home, please contact us. We can't wait to hear from you!
